The release plans for Nani’s highly anticipated action thriller Paradise appear to have undergone a significant change. While the film was originally scheduled to hit theaters on August 21, 2026, recent reports suggest that the makers are now eyeing a new release date of September 25, 2026.
Directed by Srikanth Odela, Paradise is one of the most ambitious projects in Nani’s career. According to industry updates, the film has already completed more than 120 working days of shooting. However, nearly 60 days of production are still pending, prompting the team to reconsider the original release schedule.
A major shooting schedule that commenced recently is expected to continue over the next two months. During this period, the filmmakers plan to complete all remaining action sequences, dramatic portions, and song shoots. Once principal photography is finished, the focus will shift entirely to post-production work, including editing, visual effects, sound design, and promotional activities.
The makers had previously addressed rumors regarding extensive reshoots, firmly denying the reports. They clarified that the project was progressing as planned and that no major portions had been reshot. The clarification came amid growing speculation surrounding the film’s production timeline.
Paradise reportedly features Nani in one of the most intense roles of his career. The actor is said to portray a fierce individual from a marginalized community who fights against oppression and struggles for identity and citizenship rights. The film also boasts a strong supporting cast, including Raghav Juyal, Kayadu Lohar, Mohan Babu, Tanikella Bharani, Sonali Kulkarni, Sampoornesh Babu, and Eeshwari Rao.
With expectations continuing to rise, Paradise is shaping up to be one of the most awaited Telugu releases of 2026.
