Alpha Teaser Unveils Alia Bhatt’s Fierce Spy Origin Journey

Yash Raj Films has finally unveiled the much-awaited teaser of Alpha, offering audiences their first glimpse into the action-packed world of the studio’s first female-led spy thriller. Directed by The Railway Men filmmaker Shiv Rawail, the film stars Alia Bhatt, Sharvari, and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles and is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on July 3, 2026.

The nearly two-minute teaser opens on an emotional note, showing a young Sita, played by Alia Bhatt, celebrating her 18th birthday with her father figure and mentor, portrayed by Bobby Deol. What begins as a seemingly heartfelt dinner soon takes an unexpected turn when Sita learns that the occasion is actually a cover for her first major mission.

Rather than receiving a traditional birthday gift, she is handed a secret code linked to a dangerous assignment. As the conversation unfolds, Bobby Deol’s character reminds her that she has been trained from childhood for a greater purpose. Referring to himself as a wolf, he tells Sita that a wolf’s daughter must also embrace her true nature.

The teaser then shifts into high gear, showcasing intense action sequences, covert operations, and Alia’s transformation into a fearless operative. Sporting an Alpha tattoo on her forearm, she appears ready to take on life-threatening challenges while embracing her destiny.

Alongside Alia, Sharvari plays a crucial role in the story, with both women joining forces against a formidable enemy. The film also features Anil Kapoor in a significant appearance. Produced by Aditya Chopra, Alpha promises a thrilling new chapter in the ever-expanding YRF Spy Universe.
